Shaili Malla is a Visual artist and Illustrator based in Kathmandu, Nepal. She is a part of Studio Durantar, an artist collective based in Naxal. She is a graduate of Fine Arts from Kathmandu University, School of Ars, Department of Art and Design. She works at ‘qcbookshop’ as a content creator, documenting and telling their stories through their social media platforms. She enjoys creating contents on her social media that reflect her artistic practices. 

She also works as a freelance illustrator. Her art practices include painting, drawing, printmaking, digital art and mixed media. Her artworks are inspired by stories around her and her personal experiences. She experiments with the layers of translucent papers, creating soft, subtle and delicate visuals exploring ideas of memories and innocence. It allows her to relive the stories through the visuals that are often forgotten.
